Direct Purchases from Hi-Line Tactical
Books and Digital Products: All sales of books and digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once purchased. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hilinetactical.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return (Damage/Defect Only): Email us at hello@hilinetactical.com to request approval. If approved, we will give you the correct return address and instructions. We do not provide return labels unless specifically stated.
Amazon Purchases: Products purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. Please contact Amazon directly for returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on:
- Books
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
If you have questions about an item, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges: We do not process traditional exchanges. If your item is approved for replacement, we will send a new unit to you.
Refunds for Approved Returns: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@hilinetactical.com
