For moments like these, we built the Anywhere 8 Circuit: a simple, body-weight workout you can drop into anywhere; no gear, no excuses, just you and a little grit.
Why Body weight Training Works
Always available. Your own body is the equipment. No need for dumbbells, machines, or a special floor.
Builds real-world strength. These movements train multiple muscle groups at once, reinforcing balance, core stability, and endurance.
Scales to any level. You can slow the tempo, add an extra circuit, or change the rest periods to match your fitness and energy.
Keeps you consistent. Travel and holidays can wreck a routine. Having a plan you can do anywhere removes the biggest barrier—access.
The Anywhere 8 Circuit
Perform all eight exercises in order, 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest between each. After the full round, rest 90 seconds. Complete three total circuits.
- Push-ups – Chest, shoulders, and triceps.
- Bodyweight Squats – Lower body power and hip mobility.
- Burpees – Full-body cardio and explosive strength.
- Plank Hold – Core stability and shoulder endurance.
- Mountain Climbers – Core, hips, and heart rate spike.
- Forward Lunges – Quads, glutes, and balance.
- Pike Push-ups – Overhead press pattern for shoulders.
- Wall Sit – Isometric leg burn and mental grit.
Quick Warm-Up (2 Minutes)
Cycle through the following until two minutes are up:
- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 bodyweight squats
- 10 push-ups
